Jurnal Pengembangan Nuklir (Journal of Nuclear Development) focuses on publishing original research, comprehensive reviews, and technical articles related to the peaceful and sustainable research, development, and application of nuclear technology. The primary focus of this journal is to serve as a platform for scientific and technical advancements in various aspects of nuclear energy, radiation technology, nuclear safety, and radioactive waste management. We encourage contributions that provide new insights into reactor design, nuclear fuels, applied nuclear physics, irradiation technology, isotope applications, and nuclear facility security, all with the aim of promoting the responsible and innovative utilization of nuclear energy.
The scope of this journal is broad, covering diverse contemporary topics in nuclear development. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to: design and analysis of new generation nuclear reactors, nuclear fuel cycles, fuel enrichment and recycling, reactor physics, nuclear thermohydraulics, nuclear safety and security, reactor accident mitigation, radiation protection and dosimetry, radiation applications in industry and medicine, radioisotope production, radioactive waste management (including geological disposal), nuclear facility decommissioning, radiation biophysics, as well as social, economic, and policy aspects of nuclear energy. The journal also accepts studies that integrate computational and experimental approaches to solve complex problems in nuclear technology.
Through the publication of scholarly articles, Jurnal Pengembangan Nuklir aims to be a primary venue for academics, researchers, engineers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to share cutting-edge research findings, innovative ideas, and best practices that can contribute to the safe, efficient, and sustainable development of nuclear technology. We welcome various types of manuscripts, including empirical research reports, case studies, systematic literature reviews, and conceptual articles that make significant contributions to the theory and practice of nuclear development. It is hoped that this journal will become an important reference that advances nuclear science and technology in Indonesia and globally.
